Once you send us all of the information about your community, we get your community online typically the same business day.  From there, your personal Marketing Specialist will make it a point to advertise your property DAILY to bring you the most leads possible.
How We Send & Track Leads
Every community that signs on with us gets their very own page on our site.  We like to call this your "landing page."  When a prospect views an advertisement for your community, they'll be directed to your landing page where they can learn more about your community.  Here we like to include information that can't be placed in every Internet ad, like floor plans, school districts, lease terms, etc.  On every landing page, there will be a contact form where the prospect will fill in their contact information to request more info about your community.  That request will go to your Marketing Specialist and he/she will forward that information along to you immediately.  Click here to view a sample landing page.

Get More Leases is a service of Triangle Apartment Connection.  In a nutshell, Triangle Apartment Connection provides a variety of services to the apartment industry, including marketing/advertising, locating, and resident retention services.   We are led by an apartment industry professional with over 9 years of experience managing communities.  In addition to her property management experience, our founder also has a degree in Advertising from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is passionate specifically about advertising in the apartment industry.  Along with her are a team of creative Marketing Specialists who all boast impressive experience in the apartment industry, so they know EXACTLY what you need!
